Danny turns 30

Danny wasn't to excited about turning 30. So I got him the perfect b-day card which says...Nearly everything takes time to reach the best that it can be. So don't think of yourself as older-you're just getting better, you see!!!

Here is what our day was like.

We woke up and went to the track and ran 5 miles.( anything he can do to stay looking and feeling younger). For lunch we went with his parents to Ruth's Diner. It is a great place, I would definately recommend it.

After lunch we went shopping to see if we could find him a new driver for golf, but didn't have any luck. Then Danny and our friend Sam went golfing, while me and Cami drove the carts for them. We were by far the cutest caddies there. It was a lot of fun, but to bad the birthday boy lost by 2. We then decided to go to MacCool's Restaurant and try it out. It was really good. For dessert I got the apple crisp which was fantastic(sorry Sam that I didn't save you any).

We finished off the night at Dannys softball game. It was a close game but finally won 11 to 10. It was a good thing because he probally wouldn"t of liked to loose both golf and softball.
Well Danny I hope you enjoyed your birthday. I have had fun spending the last two days with you. Take me golfing anytime, those carts sure are fun.

Father's Day

I just wanted to let the fathers in my life to know how grateful I am to them. I was blessed to grow up with the best dad ever. He was always there for us and taught us by his example. I am so proud of who he is and what he stands for. Our family has been greatly blessed with him in our lives. I love you dad. Then there is my dear sweet husband who has brought so much happiness in to my life and my childrens. I always said that I wanted to marry someone like my dad and Danny has truly measured up, which is not an easy thing to do. I couldn't of asked for a better husband or father for my kids. He has always put our needs before his own and continues to love us unconditionally. Last of all is my father in law Charles. I always thought how lucky I was to have such a wonderful dad and now I have two. He is so patient and gentle and is such an example of unselflessness. He is always there for anyone who needs him. He has touched Danny's life in so many ways and because of his influence and his love Danny has become who he is today. I am indeed grateful to you. Happy Father's Day to all of you.

This is me with my grandma Critchlow (we call her Flossy). She is always so much fun and loves to play games cuz she always wins.

Nothing Makes Me Happier Than Being Your Wife And Sharing This Wonderful Life With You

I LOVE YOU

You have brought me more joy and happiness
than I could have ever hoped for.

Field Trip to Hogle Zoo

The end of the year I went with Jaidens class to Hogle Zoo. It was fun to see the changes they have made for the animals. We had a fun day. The weather was perfect. We ate lunch there, had ice cream, got to see all the animals, and our favorite was the gorilla who kept flipping us off.

St. George Dance Competition

We put the girls in competition dance this past year. There was a lot of time involved but it was worth it. Taylor and Jaiden finally found something they enjoy doing and are really good at. This last year they did the two nights a week and this year they want to go to three nights. They will be doing Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Tap. There are three competitions a year and lots of long practices before each one. One of the competitons every year is in St. George. Taylor and Jaiden looked at it as being a vacation. I must say that it certainly was. Nana came with us and spoiled the girls rotten. Lets just say...great restaurants, Fiesta Fun Center, an outside carnival, ice cream, movies, shopping, swimming, pedicures, treats, treats, and more treats.

Las Vegas

Danny's boss sent us to Las Vegas for a little getaway since he has been at his job for 2 years. We flew out Sunday morning and when we arrived we took a taxi to the Mirage and checked in. Then we went to the buffet and stuffed our stomachs full of food. We made sure we ate a lot since it was 25.00 a person. When we couldn't eat anymore we went upstairs and put on our swimsuits and went and sat by the pool. It was very entertaining to say the least. We just sat there and listened to this girl who was totally drunk flirting with this guy in front of us in the pool telling him she was a dirty little whore, she went on to say she was here with this guy who is married while his wife was home. We watched her go from one guy to the next thinking how grateful we were that it wasn't our daughter. So very typical for Vegas. That night we went to The Beatles Love (Cirque De Soleil) it was ok not my favorite show there. That night we went and ate at The Grand Lux in the new Palazzo hotel, it was very good. The next day we slept in and then went to the pool. Little did we know at the time that we were frying ourselves because that night Danny was red as a strawberry. After laying by the pool we went shopping and went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory at Caesars Palace. That night we just watched tv and ordered room service because we were both in pain from are sunburns. Tuesday we went and had lunch and then flew home. It was nice to get a way just the two of us. Thanks Randall
